What does a pharmaceutical expert report include?
Analysis of the case documentation, technical and scientific reasoning, clear conclusions and, where the proceedings require it, ratification and defence of the report before the court.
Do you act for private parties and by court appointment?
Yes. The service is available both privately instructed and through court appointments, via the official UICM expert registers as proposed by the COFM.
